The workshop is invite-only with 20 places. Accepted participants pay a participation fee of US$200. Send a concise expression of interest if you would like to participate, contribute, or ask a question; the committee will follow up.

Campus venue

The workshop is held on the UC Davis campus in Davis, California. Specific buildings and rooms will be shared with confirmed participants closer to the event.

Nearest airport

Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is the closest major airport—about 20–30 minutes by car from Davis. San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are further alternatives if flight options work better for you.
